  • Where do you ship? Prime Warehouse ships around the US and internationally.
  • How long does shipping take? For orders shipped within the US, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. International shipping usually takes 14-31 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

  • What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our website for updates!

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. We are working to expand our shipping services to better meet the needs of our customers in the future.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Prime Warehouse accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days.
