Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PRIME WAREHOUSE. The terms and conditions that devise our Shipping Policy are addressed below.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please know that shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, we kindly ask that you  allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order(s), we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Expected delivery days at checkout can vary as follows:

  • US 7-14 Business Days [We will try to expedite the shipping times and dates as fast as possible]
  • International 14 - 31 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (bad weather, natural disasters, pandemics, situations, road constructions, etc. that are out of the seller’s control). 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PRIME WAREHOUSE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at primewarehousestore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
